Hi I'm Lewis, founder of LG Fitness, and if you're anything like I was then you're probably wondering what it actually takes to look and feel good. Why do some people seem to achieve amazing results yet I can't? What's the secret?


I used to think that I was missing a trick when it came to my health and fitness, that I needed some revolutionary pill or plan to get the results I wanted. I felt like I'd tried everything yet nothing seemed to work. 


It wasn't until I started focusing on being more consistent that I started noticing changes in my mind and body. Being consistent is the key to making lasting changes and that comes from finding an approach to dieting and exercise that you enjoy, that works specifically for you.
